What Honesty Revolution Is and What It Is Not

This master class holds up honesty not as an abstract ideal or a rigid moral imperative, but as a concrete roadmap toward equanimity, compassion and fulfillment. By letting go of misleading relationship narratives and confining myths you created about yourself, your abilities and your worth, you will learn how to make decision in your relationships authentically, and not out of fear and insecurity that had forced you in the past to quit too early or to linger interminably. Honesty is not a permission to inflict wanton cruelty.

Honesty means taking unconditional, 100% responsibility for yourself. By walking the path, you agree to hold up a mirror to yourself and to deliver the authentic truth of what you see firmly, with sensitive and integrity.

Honesty and truth (or truthfulness) are not the same. Honesty is a non-deceptive, sincere believe that something is true. Truth is an objective fact and the two concepts are closely related. Yet, one can be completely honest and totally untruthful at the same time (with yourself or others). A schizophrenic can be honest about their fear of a creature standing in the corner, when, in truth, there’s nothing there. In the personal development and relationship context, understudying your emotional “truths” and the believes that drive your actions is essential for the practice of genuine Honesty.

To practice genuine honesty, you must first be mindful of your believes and emotions and dare to question and realign them with your authentic self.
