A Seasoned Family Lawyer and Heart Centred Counsellor

A Seasoned Family Lawyer and Heart Centred Counsellor

We are brought together here by my two decades as a family lawyer and a lifetime as a spiritual seeker, meditation practitioner and a student of human psyche. I am convinced that to truly live a full life, we must be of service to others in whatever way our skills, knowledge and life experience permit. This one principle has permeated my unconventional professional and person life. It has inspired me to move continents, build a successful and independent law practice and has led me to the arena of life and wellness coaching.

It is in this arena of guiding others in difficult times out of the grips of daily fears and suffering where I felt my life purpose of service comes alive. And it is in this arena that I will empower you to journey towards a more peaceful and authentic life.

Together we will move away from anxiety, tunnel vision and a sense of unworthiness towards mindfulness, self-acceptance, self-love and creativity. Divorce, separation and similar life upheavals can throw every one of us off-balance, no matter how balanced and "in control" we seem. The insights I offer are anchored in two decades of lived experience as an independent and healing-oriented family lawyer. My techniques draw heavily from jungian psychology, Buddhist and Thaoist teachings, and are deeply rooted in my own life-long quest to reduce suffering, increase contentment and live a happy life.

From surviving civil wars, physical violence and anxiety to helping countless clients walk courageously towards their truth and inner peace, painful and challenging experiences of my past have propelled my emotional, professional and spiritual growth.

These insights and and life lessons are designed to reduce your anxiety, help you confront your fear and increase your happiness.

In the ageless words of Amelia Earhart, “courage is the price that life exacts for granting peace.” This journey inwards requires your willingness to let go of the familiar and walk into the unknown. It requires you to consider accepting yourself and the your present moment unconditionally. Immensely rewarding, this quest towards honesty and unconditional self responsibility is not for the faint of heart. It is at the edge of the wilderness and comfort that growth begins and you move toward peace and contentment in your life.
